Prime Time Electricians

70 people a month search "electrician Wangara." That's your own suburb, and you don't rank for it at all.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

What we found

1

70 people a month search "electrician Wangara". You don't rank for it, your own suburb.

Ahrefs, Australia, checked 14 Sep 2026: "electrician wangara", 70 searches/month. You've built a dedicated Wangara page with four service sub-pages under it, and it ranks nowhere in the top 100 for this term or for "electrician wanneroo."

What it costs: You've done the work, real content, a real local page, and it's invisible for the one search that matters most, your own suburb. Four separate pages on your own site all competing for "Electrician Perth" instead of pointing strength at Wangara is the likely reason.

The fix: Pick one homepage and point the other three at it. Then rebuild the Wangara page with your reviews front and centre.

186 five-star reviews, and your website shows broken code where they should be

Your Wangara page, checked 14 Sep 2026, prints this as plain text instead of reviews: [trustindex no-registration="google"] Your home page does the same with a different plugin: [grw id="8541"] Your live Google listing shows 4.9 stars from 186 reviews. None of it reaches your website.

What it costs: You've earned 186 reviews. A visitor deciding between you and a competitor sees raw code where the stars should be, on both your main pages.

The fix: Fix or replace both widgets so the rating and count pull live from Google and can't break silently again.

Your contact page dials the wrong number

Your contact page, checked 14 Sep 2026: displays "1300 356 200" but the tap-to-call link is coded to 1300 365 200, two digits transposed. Your Google listing confirms the correct number is 1300 356 200.

What it costs: Someone who's already decided to call taps the number on the exact page built for that, and the call goes nowhere. You'd never see it in your call log, because it never connects.

The fix: Fix the two transposed digits. While you're there, make the footer numbers on the same page tappable too, right now they're plain text.

Six websites carry your name, and one still says "contact@yoursite.com"

Checked 14 Sep 2026: two Weebly sites, a Mailchimp site and two Square sites are all live, most showing your real phone and address. The Mailchimp one still publishes the placeholder email "contact@yoursite.com" and "© 2024 Your brand name" in the footer.

What it costs: A customer who lands on that page sees a fake contact email and a copyright line with no business name on it, and assumes it's not real. Meanwhile these compete with your own site for the same searches.

The fix: Take the outside sites down, or point them at your real website.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris
